What is your signature style?

Wright & Co is devoted to originality and finds joy in serving a style-driven and diverse clientele. We love producing anything that feels out of the box and immersive.

How do you describe your creative approach?

Our team approaches planning and design through a storytelling lens by curating spaces and guest experiences that feel authentic to our couples at their core.

Where do you search for new inspiration?

We look outside of the wedding industry to get inspired. Think high-touch travel experiences, architectural design, fashion, and of course our clients' energy and overall vibe.

What do you recommend investing most in?

Because we strive to curate guest-forward experiences that feel inviting and surprising, investing in the overall aesthetic, gastronomy, and unique entertainment options helps us set the tone.

Team big or small: What type of events do you prefer?

We prefer more intimate celebrations (50-120 guests) since this allows us to be intentional with every detail.

How far in advance should people hire a planner?

Eight to 12 months before their wedding date.

Best advice for a bride-to-be?

To be the happiest with the vendor community you build for your wedding, you should hire them based on personality fits and brand aesthetic.

What do you wish more people understood about what you do?

We can provide our best level of service when our couples and vendor teams put their full trust in us, and are open to collaboration.

If you weren’t a planner, what would you be?

Definitely an interior designer. I am so inspired by texture play, lighting, and art.
